Merlin Customer Days 2015

October 2015, Merlin Business Software will be hosting two Customer Days, one near their headquarters in Chesterfield, and the other located close to the new southern office in Hemel Hempstead.

What you can expect to experience at the Customer Days

The day will be used to cover as much information as possible without overloading the attendees. Starting at 10am for with registration, including; tea, coffee & pastries, with a late lunch to round the day off.

What you need to know about PaaS

Most businesses are familiar with cloud computing and its ability to deliver agility, scalability, convenience of anywhere access and drive down costs. PaaS is a cloud-computing platform that is provided online by a cloud services vendor. The platform allows organisations to deploy and run business-critical software in the cloud, without ever having to worry about purchasing, installing or maintaining a sophisticated IT infrastructure: you just get to focus on your business, everything else is done for you, as an on-demand pay-per-use service.


A busy few weeks of events and seminars …

The Merlin Team were in Glasgow last week, finishing off a busy few weeks of events and seminars taking Merlin out to the masses. The fabulous Glasgow Hilton played host to the Merlin team who welcomed customers old and new for discussions and demonstrations of the latest features in the forthcoming new release of Merlin – which will be made freely available to all Merlin Windows Customers.

Star topics were, again, Merlin’s new Dashboard application – which is being launched as a standard feature within Merlin, as well as the sales and profit benefits afforded by Merlin-enabled Websites, using the comprehensive Merlin Web Services Tool Set.

With follow-up meetings already scheduled, the event was judged to have been the best one North of the Border in recent years.

3 out of 3. Third customer Seminar at Casa Hotel Chesterfield just as successful …

Having achieved earlier successes in Manchester and London, yesterday’s Customer Seminar at the Casa Hotel, Chesterfield proved to be yet another hit with our customers, with some travelling from as far a field as Colchester to learn of the latest features in the forthcoming releases of Merlin.

The new Merlin Dashboard proved to be a topic of great interest along with the new Call Management module which receives a significant facelift. Customer interest also kept the likes of Sam Tebbut and Liam Wood of Wida Group and Tulbir Dosanjh for sale-i extremely busy as these two ground-breaking technologies were highlighted.

Merlin solutions on iPad and Android Tablets also proved to be a hit.

Merlin’s New Year regional seminars got off to a great start this week, with a very well attended event at the Novotel Manchester West …

Thanks to all the customers who attended for taking the time out of their business. Feedback on the new features soon to be released to all of our customers was well received. Sneak previews of the forthcoming Merlin Dashboard and new Call Management system also served to whet the appetites of all in attendance.

Partner presentations from WidaGroup and Sales-I also helped to illustrate the wealth of benefits afforded by Merlin and its direct integration with next-generation E-commerce Website applications and leading Sales Intelligence solutions.

The Merlin team look forward to repeating the same success with their other customers at the next regional seminars in February in London and at Chesterfield, as well as general exhibitions planned in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
