Having achieved earlier successes in Manchester and London, yesterday’s Customer Seminar at the Casa Hotel, Chesterfield proved to be yet another hit with our customers, with some travelling from as far a field as Colchester to learn of the latest features in the forthcoming releases of Merlin.
The new Merlin Dashboard proved to be a topic of great interest along with the new Call Management module which receives a significant facelift. Customer interest also kept the likes of Sam Tebbut and Liam Wood of Wida Group and Tulbir Dosanjh for sale-i extremely busy as these two ground-breaking technologies were highlighted.
Merlin solutions on iPad and Android Tablets also proved to be a hit.
