Erudus & Merlin Integration

Merlin are pleased to announce their integration partnership with Erudus Limited, providing Merlin customers in the Food & Drink industry with critical ingredients and allergen information on the products they sell.

We recognise the vital importance for our customers to have instant access to the most up to date and accurate product information of this kind, in order to advise their own customers on ingredients and allergens contained, and we recognise Erudus to be the leaders in updating and compiling this kind of data.

Merlin’s new integration automatically updates the latest product information and populates the stock records overnight.  Erudus’ service also provides barcode/GTIN information and product imagery.  This additional data can help Merlin users to improve their warehouse and e-commerce activities, as well as enhancing their levels of customer service
