Merlin Celebrates 10 years at Millennium Way …

If, like us, you can remember our original offices at Ashton Lodge, Abercrombie Street then you’ll no doubt be surprised to learn that 10 years have passed since we moved out of our old town-centre based headquarters and relocated to the current Chatsworth House offices at Millennium Way.

Built on the then newly developed Dunston Technology Park, the build was completed within 10 months of the inaugural ground-breaking ceremony and we moved in during August 2002. The offices were officially opened by the then President of the North Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce (now known as DNCC), Mr. Rodney Shiers. The twenty or so members of staff who moved in to, what was then, rather spacious offices would come to find in 10 years time that those same offices would house over twice that number of staff – a reflection of the successful, steady growth of the business.

Given the development over the last ten years of our Merlin Business Software, our Company and our customers, we can’t wait to see what the next 10 years will bring.
