View order progress, complete orders, and view full details through Merlin. With the Merlin e-channel console, there is no need to duplicate order entry, with orders transferred automatically.
View and edit orders where necessary, including the option to see more detail, including buyer information. You are also able to edit the order should you need to make any changes, Merlin also shows all variations associated with a listing.
Due to the nature of online marketplaces, Merlin has warning messages in effect to prevent the despatch of goods prior to payment being received. You can also combine, consolidate or separate orders as required in just a few clicks.
Once the order process is completed you can search and filter orders, which can range from date specific to stock items.
