Create dynamic alerts, sent to nominated members of the team, to stay on top of any potential problems, allowing for immediate action.  Such as; a salesperson discounting too heavily, or a credit limit being exceeded etc.

Merlin allows for flexible reporting, from bespoke reports built using Crystal Reports™ to utilising a back catalogue of over 70 predefined reports already written in Merlin.

Keep on top of all entries made in the system and create a full audit trail by user, depot, date and time.  Give management full traceability where errors and discrepancies are found.
